(Jesus) Matthew 15:1-20, Jesus teaches the Torah, Traditions of Man (Church) that Conflict with GOD'S WORD, Hypocritical Teachings, Isaiah 29

(This is a general interpretation of Holy Scripture. please read the WORD for yourself and pray, atone, do the will of GOD and enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. GOD will give you knowledge if you pray for it.)

Matthew 15 is one of the most important chapters of the Gospels. In this Chapter Jesus teaches the Torah. He didn't only repeat one of the feel-good sections of the Torah, he taught one of the most strict commandments of the Torah. Also, we will read about another fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy, Isaiah 29.

Matthew 15

1. Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2. Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
3. But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
4. For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
5. But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
6. And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

If there was any doubt that Jesus supported the Torah no doubt should remain after reading this passage. In today's world we consider certain parts of the Bible to be extreme, just as the commandment to stone your children if they disobey in a grievous way. This in today's world, would certainly be considered extreme. When Jesus was confronted by the scribes and Pharisees with regard to their unfounded traditions Jesus could have used any number of Commandments to make his point, instead he used, what we would call today, an extreme commandment. How can the Christian Church claim that Jesus did not support the Torah? How can Jews claim that Jesus did not support the Torah? THEY CAN'T if they read Matthew 15.

7. Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8. This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

This leads us, perfectly, into a lesson for today's Church, Jewish and Christian. Part of Isaiah 29 was fulfilled, or was revealed yet again. This is an ongoing issue with regard to the Church and it has been since man began to think they are in control of doctrine.

Isaiah 29

10. For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
11. And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12. And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.
13. Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
14. Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.
15. Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?
16. Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
17. Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?
18. And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

As we can see if man decides what the meaning of GOD'S WORD truly is in contrast to GOD'S teachings he will not understand a thing about GOD. He will in every sense of the word be dumbstruck.

Isaiah 29:13. Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Read the last part of this verse carefully; "their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men". For the entire history of the Church man has tried to mold doctrine to suit his needs which teaches other men what the true fear of the Lord should be. Knowledge and Wisdom begins with receiving the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord. If man is taught false doctrine with regard to the fear of GOD he cannot receive wisdom or knowledge, just as it says Isaiah 29 verses 10, 11, 12.

Matthew 15

10And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
11Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
12Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
13But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
14Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
15Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
16And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?
17Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

The traditions of man cannot supersede the WORD of GOD. This should be a lesson to the modern Church as most of their traditions are in gross contrast to the WORD of GOD on many levels.

(Jesus) Matthew 14:1-36, Death of John the Baptist, Miracle of the Fishes and Loaves, Jesus and Peter Walked on the Water

(This is a general interpretation of Holy Scripture. Please do not take our word as law as there is only one Truth and Law, the Law and Truth of the WORD of GOD)

We invite you to read this chapter, the entire chapter. We will read in this chapter Jesus' miracle of the Fish and Loaves and Jesus' power to rebuke the winds. Also, we will read about the power of faith as Peter walked on the water using the power of the Kingdom of Heaven and his faith.

Matthew 14

1. At that time Herod the tetrarch heard of the fame of Jesus,
2. And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
3. For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife.
4. For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.
5. And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
6. But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod.
7. Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.
8. And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.
9. And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her.
10. And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison.
11. And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
12. And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.
13. When Jesus heard of it, he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard thereof, they followed him on foot out of the cities.
14. And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.
15. And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
16. But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.
17. And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.
18. He said, Bring them hither to me.
19. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
20. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
21. And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.
22. And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.
23. And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
24. But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
25. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
26. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.
27. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
28. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
29. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
30. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
31. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
32. And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.
33. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
34. And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.
35. And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;
36. And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

There is little need for commentary on this Chapter of Matthew. We can point out that when Peter walked on the water it was HIS FAITH that made that possible. He doubted not, only for a second, but the power of the Kingdom of Heaven was on full display in Peter. Jesus did not have a star trek tractor beam on Peter when he walked on the water, IT WAS PETER'S FAITH that made it possible.

We also see another example of the healing in his wings prophecy of Malachi 4:2.

Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

The hem of his garment, the Tallit and the fringe or Tchellet.

(Jesus) Matthew 13:24-58, Mysteries, Parables, Jesus revealed the Secret of the Kingdom of Heaven, Psalm 78 , We will Shine as the Sun, Daniel 12:3

(This is a general interpretation on Holy Scripture. Please read the WORD for yourself, pray, atone, do the will of the Father our GOD, enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, ask for knowledge and GOD WILL give it to you. Do not take our word as law.)

We continue with Matthew 13 and the parables of the Kingdom of Heaven. We know that Yeshua brought secret knowledge to the earth, not as the Gnostics claim, he revealed the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven to the entire world through parables but he instructed his Apostles in the true nature of the Kingdom of Heaven which is explained in the Gospels. THE SECRET has been revealed.

We are going to post the scripture with minimal commentary because Yeshua himself explains the meanings of the parables.

Matthew 13

24. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28. He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29. But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
31. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
32. Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
33. Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

Remember the Kingdom of Heaven is inside of us all and we grow that Kingdom by doing the WILL of the Father our, and the only, GOD.

34. All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
35. That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

We can read the prophecy in Psalm 78

1. Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
2. I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
3. Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
4. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
5. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
6. That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
7. That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:
8. And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God
.

This passage eludes that some of the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven may have been revealed to the likes of Abraham and maybe Moses. Don't be confused with the term "Dark Saying" this is only eluding to a secret. This prophecy clearly states that these mysteries will be revealed to the children of Israel in due time, Christ was used to reveal the secrets and fulfill this prophecy.

Matthew 13

36. Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38. The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39. The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
44. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
45. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
46Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
47. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48. Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50. And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51. Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
52. Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old

Let us clue in on this verse:

Matthew 13:43. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

This verse corresponds to Daniel 12:3

1. And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

We will shine as stars, we will transform into light just as our Messiah did when he talked with Moses and Elijah.

Matthew 13

53. And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.
54. And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
55. Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
56. And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?
57. And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
58. And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Of course Jesus was ridiculed for his teachings and this should be a lesson to all who preach the TRUE Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven as it is written; we will be rebuked for preaching TRUTH and the TRUE WORD of GOD.

(Jesus) Matthew 13:1-23, Mysteries and Secret of the Kingdom of Heaven, Hear but do not understand, see and shall not perceive Isaiah 6:9,10

(This is a general interpretation of Holy Scripture. please read the Holy WORD for yourself, atone, pray for knowledge and GOD will give it you. Do not take our WORD as law as there is only one Law and Truth, the WORD of the Almighty GOD)

We will discuss more parables of the Kingdom of Heaven and the mysteries surrounding it. We will also read about the fulfillment of the prophecy in Isaiah 6. Also, we will read about the revelation that no one before Christ knew of the true nature of the Kingdom of Heaven, Christ specifically revealed the Kingdom of Heaven to the World.

Matthew 13
1. The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.
2. And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.
3. And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
4. And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
5. Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
6. And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
7. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:
8. But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
9. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
10. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11. He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
12. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
13. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
14. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15. For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
16. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.
17. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
18. Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19. When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20. But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21. Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

In the scripture above Christ reveals amazing information about the Kingdom of Heaven. We know that we can plant a seed, the holy seed, among men and women. That's the easy part, the hard part is tending to that seed and helping it grow. GOD and His WORD is the miracle-grow in this case. So many people think that receiving atonement for one's sins is the enough when Christ clearly warned us that atonement is NOT enough, we must grow the Kingdom of Heaven by righteousness and good works.

Now we will clue in one the divine revelation of the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven which Christ seems to reveal to all through the Gospels.

Matthew 13

Christ revealed the Kingdom of Heaven to the world. No one, not even the prophets, knew of the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, he repeats that fact, again, later on in Matthew 13.

The prophecy was first revealed in Isaiah 6.

Isaiah 6

1. In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
2. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
3. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
4. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
5. Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
6. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
7. And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
8. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
9. And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
10. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
11. Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
12. And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
13. But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

We can read that the LORD told Isaiah that man would simply not understand and that this Gospel should be preached until the end of the world even though Isaiah really didn't understand the Kingdom of Heaven. This may elude to Christ's prophecy in;

Matthew 24:14

14. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
